近期看到论坛有小伙伴反应在游玩的过程中出现了误封的情况，但是找客服没有反应，不知道怎么申诉。这边给大家提供一个账号申诉的教程~需要准备以下三样东西：
1.QQ邮箱（其他邮箱也可以，例如163邮箱等）
2游戏账号
3游戏内名称
📣申诉流程
1、首先我们打开QQ邮箱。
2、进入QQ邮箱，点击右上角的+号，写邮件。
如何填写申诉邮件?

主题: Account appeal
正文模板:
Hello,administrator i found out that my PUBGMobile account ( ）wasbanned,but i didn't modify the game files or use the cheat software.pleasecheck my account again,thank you very muck!i like the game ,i am a loyalplayer;i aide by the rules of pubgM,so i hope you don't dissappoint me loveof PUBGM,help me to solve it.l want to go back to the game and fight,i can'tstand it.PUBG play a important part in my life.l hope your game is gettingbetter and better.Please help me ,thanks.Game name )
其中第一个括号内需要填写我们的游戏账号，最后一个括号内需要填写游戏内名称。如下图：
PS：使用其他邮箱的小伙伴，申诉流程与上述操作相同。
💡注意事项:
官方客服审核邮件需要一定时间，发完邮件后需要几天的时间解封。如果没有解封或回应的话可以多发几次。这个方法仅适用于误封的玩家，如果使用了作弊软件的玩家是无法解封。
